We are a well established medium sized professional practice in Zurich, Switzerland. Our goal is to satisfy your needs in protecting your products and services by means of the appropriate legal and practical measures.

We are licensed to represent clients before the Swiss Patent Office, the European Patent Office, and the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO).

Scope of services

We advise on patents, trade marks, service marks, designs, copyright (software related) and all other related intellectual property matters. We prepare and file corresponding applications. In the case of lawsuits, we work together with associated law offices, selected according to the nature of the matter at hand.

Advising: We analyse as to whether protection is possible or whether rights are being infringed. We can also advise on how to structure your product protection portfolio.
Searching: With our computer search facilities we help you discover whether a design or an invention is new. We can monitor a competitor's patent activities and other activities in intellectual property matters.
Obtaining protection: We prepare and file all your application documents and deal with all official requirements. If necessary, we help you to complete the prior art information before drafting a patent application.
Representation: For your patents, trademarks, designs and licensing negotiations, and for official hearings, we shall prepare everything you need. If you wish, we shall also negotiate/argue personally with or for you.
Record keeping: We monitor your deadlines for payment of renewal fees, responding to official communications etc.
Preparing agreements: We advise and assist you in your licensing and technology transfer efforts, and prepare the necessary agreements.
